a mana pot can be helpful but remember that q on conc effect has a reduced mana modifier. i use a high dmg and low aps claw so that i leech enough mana even in 50% less leech maps. if there's enfeeble on the map too though i have trouble leeching enough mana.

only active (not support) skills are effected by this level requirement

Just tell me what build can solo dominus without items or level, maybe summoners but still...

True fact is, all characters and builds need items and trade chat is your friend. Many of us have way more than 400+ hours of farming.

Cool story bro :) Wasn't trying to say anything bad, simply made a statement. True fact is: I'm simply stating to anyone that if you can't do what he was talking about(and to the people who didn't know or realise, however you may want to put it), that a Saturated mana flask can come quite in handy.
