I'm sort of struggling to get any decent dmg though.
I changed the build a bit, as I was using daggers previously ( and could not get enough regrets and decent claw to completely respec. currently lvl 65.

well, i got , but since its not linked i dont use it atm
hmm would you mind showing your passive tree? i think the problem originates there :)
Alright here's my current. Said I'd post him so here he is.
I run the following auras 100% of the time:
Grace - Discipline - Purity - Hatred
With my build I decided to run enfeeble as my curse 100% of the time.
The higher level you get, dying is the last thing you want so I feel the survivability from using enfeeble is much more important.
Using enfeeble, I fear nothing. I enfeeble, 98% armor surgeons granite, whirling blade linked to endurance on melee stun for a chance at more surviability, and just straight face tank everything and anything.
Once final release comes, I plan to link enduring cry to a trigger gem.
My damage is still a bit low but it's more than enough.
I just started picking up the crit nodes.
I need a few upgraded gears and to max out+quality on all of my important gems.
I've done well over 100+ 66-73 magic/rare maps solo and full partied leading the way.
From level 81 to 82 and a half I've only died once.
and that was due to being careless on an underground sea map with:
double boss (lightning totem looking guys)
elemental weakness
unique boss higher damage
and an exile located directly at the boss (the one that shoots out the spark spiders)
I rushed in not seeing the exile next to the 2 bosses and all 3 of them butt raped me.
I brought my topaz flask with me the 2nd time and took them a little slower, finishing them off much easier and safer.
So yeah, I have to say this is currently my all time favorite and most effective end game build. Even with my current low ES of 2.7k, the leech is fantastic and my attack speed is pretty damn fast. Can only imagine how great he'll be once everything is upgraded to top potential. Loving it

Current Gear: Working on upgrading my gloves, shield, and ring before anything.
first of all nice to see that you like my build and thanks for sharing your char :)
you aps with onslaught (which adds 20% as) is awsome. also the off-colors of your carcass is pretty rare (rrrrgg). i also like the idea of linking whirling blades to endurance charges on melee stun. does it work properly? i think 1.0 will profit this build even more.
imo your gloves are pretty good, no need for upgrades there. your biggest lack of equipment is your shield. aim for 400+ es on it as it is your major source of es. in the end you should have a total of 4k+ es to run maps safely.

Thanks man, it's definitely a fun build.
Endurance charge on melee stun works sometimes. I don't go out of my way to whirl mobs to rise up my charges though, it's really just a lucky chance to gain a little more of a defensive edge but I still do fine without. I would just use enduring cry but all of mine are too high in lvl and I don't have the str req. (too lazy to buy a lower one, but I'd use if one dropped)
But yeah 1.0 will have some major ups for this build but some downers.
The thing Chris said about increasing mana reservation on auras (increasing their power though), may cause some trouble for us to continue running 4 auras. I'm running 4 auras but only have like 170 mana left to reave. It's enough with the amount of leech I have but won't be if more mana is reserved to run auras. May have to find some tweaks in the passive tree to continue running 4 auras safely.
I definitely plan to run enduring cry on a trigger gem if possible, and maybe even one of the curses as well.
as for my gear, yeah I guess my gloves aren't bad but if I can improve my ev/es even more on them and maybe pick up some more mana + mana/life leech I'll surely do so. Yeah the shield is my first priority right now, just building up the funds to get something worth while. (saw a 700+ev/650+es with high res the other day but couldn't afford:/ )
Will keep you updated as I upgrade, and I'm looking forward to the passive tweaks that may need to be made to keep this build viable for 1.0 patch. I'll help brainstorm with you if you need it!

actually they don't just increase the mana reserved of auras but they also make the auras stronger. atm i have 250 mana left after running 4 auras: grace+discipline+hatred+haste/purity(for ele weakness maps). even if i have to lose 1 aura, the other auras get much stronger. since i always play with at least 1 friend we can both use a different 3. aura i.eg. so it will benefit us both.

Well ya they're going to be made stronger, but in terms of solo play, it'll suck to have to lose one of my 4 auras that I run solo mapping.
With my current gear:
dropping purity is out of the question
discipline is mandatory
grace should probably be kept up as well
so if I can't afford to run a fourth, hatred would probably be dropped in my case
but I do believe they are adding some mana reduction passives of some sort, so a few tweaks to the passive tree could hopefully allow us to continue running 4, or maybe even a 5th which would be awesome.
