Path of Exile font?

Does anyone know what font is used in the PoE interface? (eg chat window, tooltips) And where I can get it?

It's a very nice font. I've always found it very pleasant to look at and it fits the game quite well.

there still seem to be problems integrating this font into the GUI as it doesn't display certain char combinations.
for example my char name "schnuffi" still is displayed "schnu" in the char selection screen. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

Is it somehow possible to change the ingame fonts?
I'd love to play with the original Diablo 1 font! My little tribute to Diablo 1 aka why Diablo 3 is the worst part of the series.

" If the game uses a system font, couldn't you rename the Exocet (Diablo 1 font) to Fontin and make the game use it that way? You wouldn't be modifying the game at all, just your own system fonts.
