Not in my opinion.Using dps gloves - maligaro's or void,thunderfist etc etc..,dps amulet, dps quiver + life on it , using a 2 handed weapon(bow or 2 hand melee)and a kaom's heart. So you got basicly a few items were you need to get max resist.And since end game builds you have to be overcapped by 30%.And i would rather use a ring like this then spend 1-3 points on all res in the tree.Just my 2 cents.
