I don't think the footprints are too out of place, hell, I own razer products and wouldn't really have noticed that it was their logo if I hadn't known, my one criticism is that they seem a bit too bright, and look less like actual footprints than all the other mtx footprints.

it's a matter of principle! for exemple,why GGG doesnt give other effect for us for free? why only razor logo? cos its damn Advertising! i think its disrespect by GGG to ther comunity to make avery1 little running bunner!

Seems like a few people are "over-reacting" ... just a tad.

It's not the end of the world ppl. I'm sure Chris and GGG had many conversations about this and came to the conclusion that it was okay. I doubt this decision was not taken without a lot of forethought and some polling of various members of the community.

The choice was made and I am indifferent, were it "my" game... I might have done the same thing. But since it's not and I support GGG (in various forms) I trust them in their decision.

Honestly my biggest problem with it is that you can get them for free without buying any razer stuff. A big part of microtransactions is that since everyone doesn't have them, it's okay for them to be flashy, but everyone can have these.

After reading this, it's pretty clear: you haven't had many conversations with Chris before (or the other employees at GGG) :)

the Footprints look awesome but can you make them black they will look so much better less flashy and intrusive

Remove free footprints, change to snake footprints, which can only be redeemed by entering a serial number of a razor product into the 'redeem code' section or similar. PoE gets a kickback / percentage of sales as a reward.

That way, it can't be viewed as a marketing ploy / advertisement & will increase sales / revenue for both companies.

Too late now, I could care less honestly, but the amount of whinging that Chris has been subjected to recently is probably starting to take its toll.

Having met the bloke, and hearing what he & his wife (personally) put on the line to get this game up & running, I'm confident that this is not the case, even remotely..
