Hegemonica's Level 99 CI Wander Witch Gear. UPDATED BATMAN BUILD 1.1 ready!

I really want to try a CI wander, but how bad is stun/shock at 70/80s with this build. Do i need to have party for it to be viable?

Can you please write a guide? I realy want to try your specc but i have no experience with Witch, CI or wand speccs. I was looking for a Ranger specc, when i found your CI Wand Build and instantly createt a Witch and playing it. I am testing it for the Release to play it with a friend. He will play Marauder or Duelist.

Now i Have some Questions:

When do you switch to Power Siphon?
How does the build progression looks like? (40, 60, 80 points)
When do you skill CI? Does it depend on Gear or the Game Progression (A2 Cruel)?
Why do you use the Accuracy Gem?
Bandit Rewards?
Where is your Life Leech? Maybe i am blind...
Why no GMP?

Till now i played Marauder, Duelist and a few Ranger. Please forgive me if the questions are a bit to nooby, also my bad english. ;)

The only thing that i miss is a info to the build progression. It would be so nice and very helpful for me, if you could post some info´s. Somehing like "ES over crit over wand notes. CI when u have XXXX ES and Inner Force around Level XX".
