[2.0.4]PewPewPews Official Flicker Strike build!

Hi, just want to ask, is it possible to build as your Ranger Cheap Flicker Strike build first? Is it possible to switch over from your Cheap Flicker Build to your this official Flicker Build once I have the equipment and also use up some regrets to respec the points to match this build's passive tree (with some slight differences of course, due to Ranger starting point, but yeah)?

I'm dying a lot in merc act 2. Fire from snakes, heavy hitters, champion packs, and overall death is happening. I'm going to go farm ledge some more for levels while I wait for posts but thought I would post my gear here to see if I can fix anything.

I'm level 57.

how come no one uses multistrike /double strike/ flkr/ faster atk?

The tree arent much affected post patch 1.1 as far as duelist is concerned.
Is this still viable ?

I think it's even more viable than before. They made it easier to pick up all the dual wield notable passives and the buffed the Marauder area a lot so it's easy to pick up more damage for us.

You don't have any +maximum life on your gear. That's why you're dying a lot.

Does this build still work in 1.1?

I updated the guide to 1.1.1. Except for the tree, almost nothing changed. Even though I am not giving this guide my full support anymore(I am fully focusing on cheap builds nowadays), I will still update this guide every now and then.

After all, this is one badass of a build :P
