Try to do this:

1. open Terminal
2. enter command "sudo purge" or just "purge" if you get some error in terminal
3. wait till your RAM memory will clear
4. run POE and enjoy

this helped for me just a few minutes ago

Can you please double confirm that? or someone else?

If it was different error, then I should accept that, but purge just empties disk cache (so only effect should by on decreasing ram usage and a little speed up of loading), so it should not have effect on 3D errors...
I am getting the 3Direct Failure Message however I am unable to open the production_Config page… what program can I use to open that and fix the issue?
Did anyone try to play on a mid2013 macbook air? I am not quite sure if its worth downloading with my connection atm if it doesn't run or does not rung good enough to play.

Thanks so much for this port. I have been playing the game a couple of days now at it is awesome. Only thing is the lags and loading sometimes, a bit annoing.

Im running it on a:

Macbook pro
2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 3000 - 384 MB

What video settins in the game is recommended for running more smoothly?

The only thing i have done so far is lowering the shadows and it works pretty good. Bur are there other good thing to lower or shut off?
Hello,

Im running a macbook pro from 2009, you guys think that will work?
I ran star wars the old republic on it without any problems through bootcamp.
In the FAQ where it talks about "Not opening/No launcher appearing", what does it mean by reboot the OS X? Do you mean my computer or something in Terminal? I'm having this issue currently, thanks.

Edit: I've tried reinstalling the game and putting the launcher in the Applications folder. Halp! getting a little impatient I really wanna play this with my friends :(

Tried it on my Macbook Air mid 2013 (8gb, hd5000, 256gb) now - first d3d error - fixed via your FAQ.

Now i am running the game and the first loading screen is frozen - it took at least 5min to get to the login screen - performance is okayish with shadows turned off, but it heats up quickly, so not sure if its that good for the machine. THanks for all the effort with the release nonetheless - works great!
managed to open game.

Its normally connected to my steam account on pc.

from macos it asks my mail and password.

I try all my 3 emails and cant login. Can not say lost password also because my 3 mail is not recognized by game.

What should I do
