@Timbob
Mine's fixed, this is what I did. Go into the production_Config.ini and open with notepad. in [Display] I change the resolution to something around 1280x720 then change the Fullscreen to true. |

Hello,
In a first place, I just want to thanks you Julus for the amazing mac port, Thanks you very much!! :) " I also ad the same problem 2 days ago, I'm on a Macbook Pro Retina 2012. It's occur when the resolution select for the game is to large for the screen. With the default resolution you can play in Optimal retina option. If you chose a largest resolution you will have to chose a largest resolution for the retina resolution: actually i'm playing in 1680x1050 on the PoE Option resolution and for be able to play it in windowed (I haven't try on full screen because I do a lot of internet same time and go to the browser fuck up the game resolution when you go back at it.) I have to set the Retina resolution to the maximum (look like 1920x1200) I hope this can help you! Once again thanks for this port!! And I apologize for my approximate english... |

Just chiming in to say that Mavericks and PoE 1.0.0 runs perfectly fine still for me (with Mac driver disabled). In fact, Mavericks might have improved my PoE performance.

EDIT: Never mind. I didn't drag it to my applications folder. I'm a dingus. Please disregard.
I just downloaded the Mac port and it's not starting at all (the launcher doesn't appear). I followed the FAQ and rebooted my laptop. After double-clicking the Path of Exiles icon, it briefly bounces on my dock and give me the prompt box that states "“Path Of Exile” is an application downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?" I click open and then nothing happens. Here's the info on my system: MacBook Air - 13-inch, Mid 2011 Processor 1.7 GHz Intel Core i5 Memory 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB Serial Number C02G22FSDJWT Software OS X 10.9 (13A603) I'm attempting to launch v4.1.1b. I just updated to Mavericks so I'm wondering if that is causing the issue. If there's somewhere else I should direct my question, please let me know! :) Thanks for any help or advice anyone can offer. Last edited by seeshores#6293 on Oct 24, 2013, 1:47:20 PM

The only persistent issue I am having is the text is a bit garbled. It's as if its not refreshing and constantly writing over old text.
