It does that. I had Mission Control mapped to scroll wheel button, so that instead of using middle button skill I went to Desktop. If you don't have anything important bound to hot corners or mouse buttons, I could remove any mappings and see if it then works properly.

Are you using different resolution for the game and on desktop?

I get that error too, but at least the game does not crash.

Started happening since the patch 1.1xxf and crashes every 30minutes or so. I was using wrapper 3.1 with all resolution at lowest. In the logs i cannot see ny crashes (also confirmed by yourself Julus).

So my config is mac osx 10.6 4Gb ram and nvidiea 256 mb.

Wrapper 3,1 does not give me those huge fps drops of like a full second. Im gonna try the 3.7 i guess now!

I would suggest you try the newest wrapper first then try older ones if necessary. So 4.0.1 if you can get that working.


EDIT As Act 3 is quite brutal to my Mac's performance, I'm going to see soon how Bootcamped Win 7 works. Back to the dark side for a while...

Finally got this to work now, must have been something that got fixed in last patch! =)

3.6 works fine. No hot corners and anything else, just have moving screen offset sometimes.

Forgot to say that in 4.0.1 CMD+M or CMD+enter does nothing...

I've managed to fix the fps drop issues, turns out the fps becomes stable when I play on a slightly lower resolution with texturing and things on lower settings. It runs extremely well now on my macbook without heating issues or anything. But Now in act 2 I can not see the small monkeys (I can only see them in red if I put my mouse over them). Does anyone else have this issue? and if you did how did you come about fixing it?

I've got a problem: when I lauch the game, it starts in a windows that is like 3x4 cm, and if I enlarge the windows, everything gets pixelated and the mouse doesnt work!!

Is it a known bug?
I'm running it under macbook 2gb osx 10.7, and the first time I've played, earlier today, I didn't have any problem!

yeah my game or who knows what, is freezing maybe once every 30 minutes or so. sometimes it will freeze and i can move my mouse still, and then like 30 seconds later it will unfreeze. sometimes it does the same thing with the freeze and can still move my mouse, but after like a few minutes of waiting i just force close it and reopen the game. its sorta weird, its not really a D/C or a crash? IDK. I am using 4.0 like i said, is this the version of wine or ggg?

if its wine, are there any ways to fix this? or is there any way i can try to find out what is causing the issue? thanks.

DUnno downloaded smcfan to control the heating of my computer and it seemed to help a bit but no major changes. I freeze also every 30minutes! real pain when your trying to adventure further ;)

ALso,i have tried wrapper 4.0.1 and the issue is the same,trying 3.7now jsut to check illgive you update :)

Just a heads up:

If you're playing Hardcore and get a lag spike/ Dc don't just turn off your iMac at the power supply in an attempt to save your character. Doing so has caused me to have to re-download the 5.1GB file twice in a row now - as it causes varying content pack corruptions upon the next program launch.

Going to have to find a new way to quickly close the game on Mac for when my sucky internet gives up on me...

I've lag spikes/fps drop when im playing and i dont know why.. I"ve play game like LoL or Diablo 3 without those lag spikes/fps drop.

My system :

Mac OS X ( IMAC 28" )

Version 10.6.8

Processor : 3.2 GHz Intel Core i3
Memory : 4 go 1333 mhz
Graphic : ATI RADEON 5670 HD

And he isn't my internet, because i've no problem to play online game with it.

Help me plz !
