I wouldn't craft them. The armour has decent res, but the %ES isn't max tier and the mana kinda meh roll and burned a prefix slot.

The rapier has nice tri-ele; i might throw an exalt or two at it (don't eternal) and maybe you get lucky with attack speed and crit.
