I focused the leveling increments on survival.

I went CI as well and I'm now at lvl 62, however I deeply regret it.

When you go for Witch ES over Scion HP build, you pretty much have fuck all for Dex/Str which means you wont be able to level Reju totem, Vitality, Melee Splash or Multistrike to any reasonable level unless you specificly dump down your gear in favor of gear with strength.

I just can't seem to keep my minions alive in Merciless even with purity giving ~40 to all res and both spectre and zombie being supported with minion life and minion res. Vitality and Reju totem seems like a must-have to keep minions alive against steady damage income.

Yes I realize there are flask rolls that grant minions 50% of said amount, but it's nowhere near enough.

What? Comparing the HP Scion to CI Witch, you actually have a better outcome with the Witch (stat-wise at the very least).

Witch:
422 INT, 94 STR, 114 DEX (with +30 all from perandus belt)

Scion:
370 INT, 70 STR, 120 DEX (with +30 all from perandus belt)

Level 20 Rejuvenation Totem needs 151 STR (Point taken, but not core to the build though)
Level 20 Vitality needs 151 STR (Again, point taken, but not core to the build)
Level 20 Melee Splash needs 108 STR (Should not be hard to find a MF item with +14 STR, honestly. Not looking too excellent for the Scion though)
Level 20 Multistrike needs 68 STR and 47 DEX (Easy. You're already there on both accounts)

Let's look at some gems you didn't list as well...

Level 20 Temporal Chains needs 90 DEX and 66 INT (Again, easy)
Level 20 Culling Strike needs 108 DEX (Easy)
Level 20 Item Quantity (If not playing in Domination) needs 108 STR (Much like Splash, should be easy for a witch, maybe not so much for a Scion)

My question: Is this too far away from your build to meet the its goals? I heard some people saying they used a full respec, but I'm not sure that is an option for me at this point. Respeccing with orbs of regrets is too costly. What do you suggest?

Start over, not worth spending regrets on that, and no offense but that build you linked is really messed up.

And since I suspect you have some currency now, go shopping for some leveling items before you start your new character.
