I know someone already posted a new Kaoms Primacy, but thought I'd post up mine since my roll was a little better :) Not sure if 200% is new max, but was pretty jazzed when I divined an old one that had 133% to this.

Use Dyadus in the fire side, use Soul Taker in the other side, use Added Fire Damage instead of Cold to Fire. You don't need cold damage to chill.
