Unique Item List - 300 of 419

Just trying to complete the list of player created uniques http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Unique_Items#Custom_Uniques. There are 60 so far I believe.

Sin Trek, Chin Sol and Carnage Heart have not yet had a creator identified. Does anyone know who made these? They may wish to remain anonymous.

The list only contains 58 items so far because I can't tell which the fourth player created unique from patch 0.11.5 is. It must be either Mon'tregul's Grasp or Quecholli because the others have all been claimed. Does anyone know which is which?

And another one is missing and I can't figure out which one it is!

Montregul is the supporter unique but creater is still unknown.

Enemies exploded by zombies via Grasp will deal 20% of their life as fire damage to other nearby enemies. We couldn't fit the value in without it wrapping, or dropping other important info (such as that it was dealing damage, or the type of said damage). This has been relegated to a thing people have to look up on the wiki.
Does the player's increased minion damage or linked support gems such as chance to ignite affect the explosions, as some of the player's own/skill's modifiers affect the explosions on Infernal Blow, or is this not the case? Also, do enemies killed by Minion Instability zombie explosions trigger the effect as well, or is the explosion considered to be a different source?

I know for sure that certain curses that minus fire res does increase the damage.

Am unsure that MI works because once MI triggers that would mean that zombie is now considered 'dead' and no longer retains the properties of the grasp he was summoned with since his dead.
