Ah I was thinking of the high mana regen, but honestly I don't know. Never played siphon or any other build aside from LA and spork. I guess a +mana, +local es, +local es%, mana regen and then either +int and 1 resist or 2 resists would be best?

Bump.Mana reg is nice to sustain Arctic armor , which is useful for dischargers and freezing pulsers and etc.
