Ive seen this build in action numerous times in 76~77 maps. clears them like a boss. Even though the player sucks the build more than makes up for it. The build is actually carrying the player!

" Have only been playing this build with a healthy life pool. Not sure how it would work otherwise. I don't see why it wouldn't work as reflect isn't much of an issue for me considering I swap my lightning arrow with a second frenzy. I also wouldn't risk using lightning arrow in a min max map aswell just incase.
