You forget that there are OP uniques out there like Geofri's Baptism, Shiversting, Tipua Kaikohuru, Ezomyte Peak, etc. that allow low level characters to get insane killspeeds.

Don't forget that at high levels, the mobs are much stronger too, so if you aren't already rich but you have low level uniques you can actually "kill more mobs a lot faster" by running new alts rather than bashing your head at difficult high level runs.
