With Witch in Heart of Phrecia, Curious Chest gave me a Frost Nova.

Marauder starting provisions now also contain a Driftwood Maul, mine was R-R linked.

Just a warning to everyone using this for the new Descent Race. Apperently GGG has made changes to this one as well so some chests may be wrong.

Not sure if it was a glitch, or they just randomized many of the drops, but starting out with a duelist the provisions chest had Cleave, 3 wisdom scrolls, 2 small mana and no weapons at all.

I found lots of armor, helms and shields, but I was almost to the lost cathedral when I found my first weapon (a mace which was useless for Cleave.) Just before the Capricious tomb I found a glass shank, a short bow and 2 copper swords which were too high level to use.

I don't know if they gave the monsters some additional speed or I just didn't remember them being that fast.

Not a satisfying, challenging or engaging race at all compared to previous descent races.
