Just a little note, socket and links are fixed only for starting provision, all other item sockets are rolled on chest opening.

I've watched a lot of VOD from 30+ different streamers to keep the yellow spreadsheet updated, I can guarantee that this rule applies to every weapon and piece of gear within chests (with exception of starting provision as I mentioned earlier)
