That pic is your proof, really, really??? Go make another screenshot now but this time remove the splash gem from its socket. Guess what it will still say 12% inscrease.
"Skill Area of Effect Radius Increase"

I still think it does not increase the effect of a support gem. What you could actually do is spec out of the passive node and see if your dmg decreases, if it does, it most likely also gets smaller.

Did you just said that Amplify increases the non existing AOE of single target attacks or I'm getting delusional? But whateva trust your toolip all you want. It's you who uses 2 points to get a total of 10 int.
Amplify also gives 12% increased AOE to your default attack, right? Cuz so does the almighty toolpit say.

So what kind of mobs/maps you have to be careful with when playing this build? I'm making one after my leap slammer died :( (my fault)

Usual stuff , don't stack too many monster damage mods , don't do ele weakness if you're not capped with like 4-5 endurance charges (ele weakness reduces all your resistances except chaos by -44%) and be careful if you're using multistrike of lightning thorns because they hurt quite bad (especially promenade boss) , otherwise even rhoas with granite + 7 endurance charges barely hurt you . Also be careful when you are in half regen map on how you use your skill because you'll rape your life. Also on no regen swap a gem (multistrike or melee phys) for life leech

My dps is more than enough to rape maps , i'd rather stack more and more life (and some armor) to just be able to facetank/faceroll shit , especially after the nerfs and the current CI dominance
