Best part of this microtransaction is now you will either see where your character WAS standing before desynch, or looking at the giant gap between footprints after desynching into an undiscovered area. Love the game, love the idea...this one is going to fall flat, oh and inb4 it costs 400 points in the store.

I love how ppl constantly are whining, footprints are game changing (not more than a stash tab imo), why are they doing this FIX DESYNC etc etc etc...

GGG Has proven often enough that they are capable of handling a fair and balanced game between microtransactions and game improvements. They need the cosmetics to fund themselves so this will always be coming along guys...

I honestly don't get the whine. The way I see it, if it desynced, you will see footprints where your client thinks they are/you moved not where they really are. So it won't be changing a thing.

I might be wrong. But if that 'game changing' isn't a troll post... I'm speechless.

And why would you want to apply that in cutthroat so others can see clearly where YOU went?
