To put a chaos orb to item is not to craft an item.
there is large difference in using alterations until you hit desired mods, then continuing the process than there is to click button and hope for full set of mods.

So if I only get 3 stats when using a Chaos, is it considering crafting, or is crafting defined by "Alteration Orb"? It's useless talking sense to a moron.
