So what Chris you define as "long" in your "long term goals"? Decade, century or maybe millennium?

I have in stash one very, very decent armor (armor >1500 and tons of resists). Now, I put one or two fusing on it every time I drop one. If, after this change I'm to put additionally 20 armor scraps I can as well vendor it because it means that I will never link this armor.

Probably you assume, that most orbs will came from trade. Maybe this is good approach if you aim for school kids as your playerbase. But I have no more than 1 or 2 hour daily for playing and I don't want to waste it drilling through trade forum or shouting on trade channel, I want to play.

For me, there is no trade and no economy in this game, because this is not usable considering my time tension. In D3, I was able to build witch doctor who is still, although I virtually have not played D3 for a 2 month, in first 2000 WD in Europe. And no, I did not dropped Mempo with CHC, it was build on sales for 200-300K gold.

Here, I want to move to bigger challenges but I'm facing a wall, if I drop something decent, it has no appropriate sockets, and if I drop something with decent sockets, it is a vendor trash.

Maybe it's time to un-dust my witch doctor... maybe I'm not hardcore enough for this game...

People seems to forget that the game is just beta still, if you are gonna whine and complain every patch that the things you want is not in them, maybe consider waiting for the full game and play something else in the mean while? Things will get sorted Im sure, and sounds like you waste your time playing a game you think is done but its not

It depends, what you complaint on. And complaints are still kind of feedback ;)

I consider, that I decided to play beta (although quite mature) but this time I relate to some assumptions, which are not related to beta/final stage.

BTW For me, playing is always waste of time, that's what games are for ;)

my guess is the the secret change involves 4 map slots from some well known area :)

The "it's beta" card is a little silly considering 98% of online games nowadays go the "Hey it's open beta! It's just like launch, but we have the right to have bugs! Enjoy!" buisness route since it's safer and brings money to the table quicker.

Nothing wrong with that, but saying we're whining about stuff is unfair since in reality we are giving feedback.

Also Ah was not the reason D3 failed. Overnerfing stuff, no valid endgame after nerfs, bad itemization, bad stat system, bad crafting, bad story... to name a few but the AH was not the sole nor even close to the biggest reason D3 dissappointed.
So i see no problem with a AH in PoE, you know why? cuz it's already got one: IT'S CALLED POE.XYZ.IS.

I understand they want the whole barter aspect so just make a place you can put up your stuff instead of bumping stupid forum threads (this ain't 2001...) and a good ingame search engine that give us the name of the seller and we can work out a deal from there... Is that so hard since already like 3 ppl made forum search sites?...

Is it possible that the surprise is the missing A3 content?

secret stuf= pants for characters? :D Can we have more details on the melee buf? How will it be handeled, buffing melee skills, new passive traits or some other way? I prefer playing melee so this is a big news for me :) gg
