Since it's ilevel is over 36, the odds of rolling over are pretty great, are they not?

It's not worth et/regal, but yours is on SC and perhaps people have so much currency to blow that they'll et/regal for Vicious.

Yeah. It's definitely best for mastercrafting. Cheap route to master it would be regal and hope for a mod in ilvl36 under brackets and then multi mod it similar to Fightgarr's Wrath Barrage

Just imagine if you aug something decent and regal a vicious prefix on it before adding master multi mods...

Edit; I couldn't help myself, it could have came out worse!

well that tora bow with crit multi regaled is definitely usable with that crit muli and this is far from the worst possible mod to roll :)

Speaking of bow-crafting, can someone roll me flat phys on my bow?

Note: With those gear and being a ranger, You can easily get almost 3 k EV. Using dream fragment for anti freeze and nice res ring amulet belt for the resist. And a good weapon.
