I didn't get the coins

I didn't get the contents of the sponsorship package that was upgraded to $60
And I've emailed support but haven't gotten a response.
This question is just one of them, I've talked to support about transferring coins in my account, but they only replied that they asked me to provide information, and I didn't get any answer after I provided the information.
This means that the $60 I have recharged so far has not been used at all. I'm really disappointed
