No Access To POE2 - With Added Complications

Hi all,

I'm locked out of my old Xbox account (thanks Microsoft recovery) so have had to make a new account, under a new email.

I was able to play under this new account until recently and am now getting the no access message. I've tried paying for a new early access on the new email used on the new account, but I'm having the issue where it's saying it's linked to another account?

I've tried looking everywhere for a solution and also tried reinstalling in the hope that would work, but I'm having no luck.

I don't mind having to start again if I have to, I'd just like to be able to get into the game again somehow.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
