Is it normal to wait 2 weeks for support regarding the donation store?
Hi there,
Is it really normal to wait two weeks for a response about an issue with the donation store? I contacted support on April 5th, got a reply asking for some additional details, which I provided right away — and since then, complete silence. No updates at all for two weeks. Support like this honestly makes you not want to donate, just knowing that resolving any issue might take this long. Last bumped on Apr 18, 2025, 4:36:36 AM

It’s been normal since at least Q4 of last year.
