Regarding email issues
On March 25, 2025, I sent an email requesting to change my email address, but it still hasn't been resolved. It has been a robot comment all along, and I replied halfway through asking me to enter a few game character IDs as proof. However, when I replied, he didn't reply. Later, I added STEAM ID, game character ID, forum ID, purchase records, as well as the initial email address and various pictures to prove my identity, but they didn't reply. I really don't understand. If there are any other questions, they won't reply either. Another suggestion is to change the bound email address and have the email address send a verification code after binding. This way, there will be 100% error free binding and no one will increase their workload by sending emails to you due to this issue in the future. My request is to help me change to the initially bound email address. Don't make me send emails anymore, it's been almost a month since they were sent.
