I want my Points

I bought 150 points via the PlayStation Store, but they are not credited to my account.
What can I do?

Nice answer, nice try. Looks like copy and paste. No matter which forum language you choose, there are tons of posts complaining about the inactivity of the support, sometimes for MONTHS.
I am a customer support manager myself and such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and cannot be explained by overload. It borders on complete indifference.
Time expired. I have contacted PlayStation support. I demand my money back. This behavior borders on fraud. Collecting money but doing nothing in return.
That is absolutely unacceptable.
