GAME CRASH AT BOTH TRIAL LOAD SCREEN, cannot play anymore

Hi, my game crashe times I tried to enter any of the trial's.
I cannot enter the game anymore because when I log in again it start at the trial (temple of chaos) load screen and it crashe's (the load never finishes).
SO I cannot play my main character now. Need help with that one.

Try changing the renderer to DirectX 11 or 12, or Vulkan in the game settings.

Inside Steam, set Path of Exile to have this launch option: --nologo
