Locked account
Hello im trying to make a topic here since my account got locked for 5 months by know and i didnt get any help from the support so far sadly.
In one way it was my mistake since i made a refund request of a key for the first time on Steam since most of my friends did get there early access key and since i should have received it aswell i didnt get it some hours before the Game was released and so i panicked at bought myself the game , my Support for GGG was over 2000+ Dollars so i was sure i would receive one. So far it has been nearly 5 months and and i did patiently wait for a respond but sadly all i did get so far was an answer from a support named " Ramanpreet" where i provided the requested account information but nothing happened. I do know that that que is full of the support but waiting for 5 months but not getting help is it too much asked to get an answer from the support anyone else has maybe the same issue all i want is to continue playing and i accepted my mistake but didnt get any help so far ... Hopefully i could maybe get help here since i tryed everywhere else... Is there any other way expect waiting for a email receiving from the support since i gave up after 5 months i cant really wait anymore.... Making and small mistake and getting punished for 5 months by now is just not fair anymore. Please dont give me the autoreply that i should reachout to the support since all i get is the answer from Ramanpreet als the time with all the information provided already but getting an autoanswer... Cases like this should be handled automatically, in my opinion. Waiting five months is just ridiculous—come on...

Thanks for responding Ayelen, but by all respect im waiting already for 5 months is not like 1-2 weeks, isnt it unfair to me that im not getting any help in this case for nearly half of a year?
I tryed to be patient as long i can but 5 months is really not fair in any way i just want to play the game , andrew from ggg support before the game got released promised me to get 500 points because i didnt get my hoodie from your support what took me also 6 months because of delivery issues now my account gets locked for a 15 dollar refund where i showed as much patient i can but im always getting a auto respond like this... Im also working in a support company and we NEVER no matter what did happen didnt gave our Customer or our community a auto respond after a 5 month wait time something like this never should happen in my opinion ...! By all respect Ayelen its been 5 month since im locked and i didnt get any help so far.
I really respect the waiting que but all i need is 5 minute to look into my account thats it no customer should wait 5 months like i did... The fast as possible respond means 5 months. If im honest i had so far only good experience with the GGG support before Poe2 got released everything felt apart after it I didnt get my 440 dollar hoodie i didnt get any informations regarding my hoodie and more Before that the support always helped me in maximum 1 day of time Now i need to wait 5 + months that someone is checking my request ... Hope you can help me with this issue all im asking is 5 min time of the support it would mean the world for me |
