Customer Support Problem
How is support working right now? I got a response from support asking for more information on my problem and I responded to them within 14 minutes and now i have been waiting since Jan 26th for a response back. Do i get put back into the back of the queue with emailing back what they requested? I understand the backlog but does a case keep getting put to the back of the queue every time we answer a question? Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

So just a copy/paste answer instead of any information. That didn't answer my question at all. I've heard back from support once already. Are they putting us back into the queue every time we have to answer them? Well over $1k in MTX sitting on an account that i cant use very well because of console limitations and its just been sitting for months now.

I'm in the same boat.. I haven't had access to my game for over 3 months now due to an account linking issue. I haven't had a response from support for over 3 months... I feel somewhat stupid that I helped support this game after the lack of support I'm getting back to actually allow me to play the damn game I purchased. Madness...

Same boat. Initial email to support December 7, December 29 they get back to me, tell me they can help me with my issue, and ever since: a big bloated nothingness.
It's been almost 4 months since first contact. I get support is "busy", but 4months? C'mon...something can't be right here. |
