Maps - Infinate load screen

since the small patch yesterday about 30% of my maps just sit at a load screen.
no crashing, forced to Alt F4.
have tested client & steam and same issue on the same maps.

has anybody else encountered this in the past 24 hours and have a fix?

lucky im currently running a low invest strat and burning maps/scarabs doesnt feel bad.

i can now feel when a map will do this, my map device will lag slightly longer than normal when opening the map.
