Failed to connect to instance

Since the patch last night i have been disconnected almost everytime i change instance. When i try to go to my hideout, visit kingsmarch, enter a map og leaving a map i get disconnected with the message "Failed to connect to instance".

I played 3-4 hours yesterday before the patch with no issues.
