Game not starting/multiple client updates

hello , after this recent update , i updated client , my game opened when i try to select a server it keep saying that client need restart because of update even tho i updated client multiple times . after multiple failed updates i decided to unninstal game , download again and try start the game but i get the same message , client needs update . i m done .. have no clue what to do
