High latency in Brazil servers with Telecentro ISP (Argentina)

Hi, since a couple of weeks i've 145ms constant on the brazilian server, and its the only service i have problems (I'm from Argentina), i use another services hosted in brazil and works great, but GGG's brazilian server not. I contacted with my ISP but but they could not help me, IDK if is my router or is the ISP. Anyone else with the same problem?
(I cleared dns cache,restart the router,unplug the fridge,etc...)

I have the same issue for about a month or so, i called Telecentro for a fix, but they just offered a modem change and did't fix anything. It would be nice to play the new league without 140-170 ms. I have bought for a lot of skins in the game and it feels like this issue not even being responded sucks. Btw this ms is for poe 1 and for poe 2.

GGG does not provide technical support, and hasn't done for years.

It's possible that a VPN would route you around the problem.

I tried Exit Lag and does fix the issue, but i have spent 500 usd in the game, and played okey until a month ago that this started happening. And don't plan to pay another service to play. Maybe there is something they can do to fix this or at least make it less annoying. i m playing in my home server with 200 ms on boss fights. I don't know how i m supposed to dodge mechanics like that.
