I had a Steam account where I bought a lot of MTX and played a lot on it but this morning i tried to log in my account on steam on both Poe game and website
and that create me a brand new account. I already post one thread about it 3 months ago and I don't get reach by the support yet. Can someone help me IN GGG or I Lost 200$ and I will never get it back ! Last bumped on Mar 17, 2025, 5:17:55 PM

If you're connecting to the game and your account was a Steam-only account, could you please ensure you're connecting via the Steam client and not the standalone client? Similarly with our website, when signing in could you please use the 'Sign in with Steam' option?
