Support not answering for almost a month!!!

I had to make another account to be able to write a message

Because support does not exist, you can make an game but you can make a decent website and a proper support channel/


It is almost a month since I have send several e-mails to support and I got no answer. How much patience do you need from a customer to fix an account?

I don't need a fix anymore I just want a refund because I had to pay for early access and I can't play early access because my account was locked for no reason and no previous notice at all.

Game is nice graphics and all, support is bad, and because I wasted so much time and money, and not to be able to play I will like a refund please...
