I bought a key to this game
I want to play it on steam. but i dont understand why my "steamkey" dont work. do i have to enable it on poe side first and then they give me a steam key?

Your post isn't especially clear on what the problem is.
If you buy Path of Exile 2 from GGG directly, they offer a Steam key you can use to add the game to your Steam Library - but it doesn't grant a license to play the game, as that was applied directly to your Path of Exile account when buying the supporter pack in their store. If you bought a Steam key from a less than reputable source such as some random online marketplace, it's likely the Steam key you bought was one of those and what the Steam key would do was misrepresented. If that's the case, file a chargeback and only buy from legitimate stores in future. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from.
