Supporter upgrade to wrong account

I am currently waiting for an account merge because my first early access supporter pack went to the default xbox account instead of my main PC account. I was playing on xbox and decided to upgrade to the next higher pack so I could take advantage of the stash tab sale going on. I spent $30 to get 300 more points and some cosmetics because I have been enjoying the game.

Somehow this upgrade after being purchased was applied to my main account instead of the xbox sub account. I did not get the points on either account or any of the founder pack cosmetics or forum title. What should I do in this situation?

I have been waiting for an initial response from support since January to acknowledge the microtransaction merger and now my account is royally messed up. Should I send a new email to support or relay this new information when I get an initial response?
