Your favourited CWDT and Automation setup?

I usually Automate Steel Skin Blood Rage with Lifetam.

And CWDT Frost Bomb for life regen prev currently Holy Relic and Lifetap.

Whats Yours?

Any other automated setups?

I feel like automatic/trigger setups are the essence of PoE, and yet I don't really use any... Maybe that's why my builds always feel so basic, and can never do the ridiculous stuff you always see others doing, like zooming around maps at mach 7 and dealing 300 million full screen DPS that would give a bat epilepsy.

I decided to shelve it because its damage is so bad now after the consecutive nerfs. Was really nice to play in Affliction, though. I had ~12M DPS in that league, and now you are struggling so hard to break the 10M mark, with basically unrealistic gear. Around 40% less damage with the same level of investment. Just sad. I really enjoyed it while it lasted.

is a champion when it comes to CWDT combos.

Usually I use CWDT with defensive stuff like Immortal Call/Curses/Purifying Flame. For offensive stuff (Wave of Conviction, Flame Surge, Power Charge on Crit setups, etc) I use Arcanist Brand, because I need to be able to use them on tougher targets, before they hit me.

Personally I don't like blood rage on CWDT, because I often get no regen/no leech/less recovery maps and don't want to swap gems after entering the map.

The choices that work with Automation are pretty limited, and it was kind of nuked after one league in the game. I forgot it even existed honestly.

Uses beyond guard skills seem worthless since totems and minions can't be used with it. Am I wrong?

It's used for stuff like Brand Recall and such. I honestly almost forgot that this gem exists until I read your reply, lol. But I even use CWDT with Immortal Call instead, because that way it's triggered more often when it's supposed to and I also use Purifying Flame in the same setup for that extra regen (because it makes sense for when you take damage).

CWDT portal is mandatory with cyclone.
