Need transfer between accounts

Hello,
for some reason, when I purchased early access and logged in via steam, a new account was created, but my 300 points went in the original account from 2011. I need to either move my Witch from the new account to the old, or the 300 points from the old account to the new . They seem to both be set up with the same e-mail address. I wrote already to support via e-mail , 3 weeks later they replied and asked for some info and said that the move is possible, but i heard nothing else since then and it's been over a month . Same issue.
Bought a support pack on Steam, sent to the wrong sub-account. Lots of people facing this, definitely an account system flaw that needs fixing. Sadly, just a long wait... |
