Server Crashes

I"m constantly getting disconnected from the server on my ps5. i've rebooted the router and my internet connection is fine but ever since i got to act 2 i constantly have the game keep freezing and then disconnnecting me. i understand its a beta and am trying not to overreact but i'm getting annoyed with this. i didn't have this issue in act 1 it started once i got to act 2. is this a game bug or server issue or just too many people logged in? this issue is making this game unplayable for me
