support has been absolutely horrendous and disappointing

I've been waiting for a response since Christmas. I'd understand slower response time during holiday period but there's no reason now. Communications and Support is incredibly poor right.

I know Mods trying to help too but the copypasta is literally the WORST thing you can hit someone with.

support responded to me after 2 whole months and they didn't solve anything for me, but they delete my responses and threads in the forum every time I write about it or tell them about it.
How strange that they didn't delete your post, they already deleted like 5 similar ones

Deleting people's posts makes the whole situation another level worse than the shitshow currently is. What the hell???

This key in question was redeemed on an account that was already banned. THEY ALLOWED ME TO REDEEM A KEY ON A BANNED ACCOUNT.
That account has NEVER even played poe2........
I had to buy the early access again through EPIC to even play.......

I put in support ticket for a mtx merge between my pc and xbox account on Dec 17th.
I got 1 reply 2 weeks later asking for some account details then nothing since. It has been over 3 months since I put in this ticket. This is insane.
I put in a ticket with them about the physical merch in December, have sent 2 followup replys to them asking them to actually reply to me and have nothing from them yet...

Their ticketing software groups emails from the same address into the existing open ticket from that person, and then orders tickets based on when they were last updated. Each time you 'bump' your ticket, you send it back to the end of the queue.

after bumping my ticket last month on the 18th when i hadnt had a reply in nearly 3 months i likely bricked my support aswell, not that it was coming anyway. Whats happend with GGG is wholey unnaceptable and quite franky sad. This was considered the Tier 1 of Arpg developers and Its no longer the case.
