Support replied to me within 10 minutes of my report of the issue but they haven't updated me since. The issue started for me after the most recent patch, has anyone successfully fixed the issue? I am thinking about purchasing it for another platform but I wasn't sure if the issue would follow me.

same problem. can they do something? I have this problem since 2 weeks...

It would be good if at least grinding gears said that it was a problem with the keys or a bug, at least we knew where to apply for a refund......
So far, the creators of poe don't care, I'm very disappointed

I don't think it's a game related bug because on the website it says i don't have access too.
