Surgeon's Diamond Flask

Is rolling a surgeon's dia flask restricted by code (as in impossible to roll)?
I've wasted 60+alteration shards and not once have I rolled this prefix. And since there's only 13 prefixes, something smells fishy here... Please somebody answer. Ty. "Stick it with the pointy end."

It should be written somewhere in the manual of this game~~ so annoying to spend a bunch of orbs on a lost cause!

Is it only rolling diamond flasks that can't get Surgeons? Can you find drops that have Surgeons? Can other flasks get surgeon rolled on them (granite, ruby, whatever)?
I've made 2 different granite flasks for myself using about 40 alterations, and I never got Surgeons. However, a blue granite flask I picked up from a drop ID'd into a Surgeons... Unavailable Unavailable Unavailable TehHammer is not a crime!

Only Diamond flasks have the no-surgeons restriction, yeah.
Hopefully we can improve our Mods section on the website to include information like this in future. Balance & Design

I just wasted 5 or 6 stacks of alts before it occurred to me that maybe it couldn't happen.
There should be some kind of warning. :-( | |
