Path of Exile 2 Early Access Keys all of a sudden all "Used: true"?

Damn this kinda sucks I had 3 unused codes that all say "Used:true" now. Any luck getting this fixed yet

I finally got a response after my access was gone early Dezember
They tell me to contact the source I got the key from and have them check it and that they are unable to help me any further with this.
Why the F. cant they check it or tell me why they banned it/me?

(friend bought two keys, I repaid him for one, his working fine till today)


So even when you get a reply after months, they will not help you with this.
For me this is a scam, you cant take my access away and not tell me why.
I cant refund at third party until they confirm that the key is the issue and not some other bug, key worked fine and I got what i paid for until GGG decided to bann or revoked my access, so it should be on them to tell me why

Little update, still not heard back myself. My keys are still showing as used:true from the moment I purchased the supporter pack, not heard about the t-shirt either. It's been > 3 months now and I start to think their plan is just to wait for us to go away empty handed so they can take money off the next set of players instead.

This customer support is a straight-up scam.

Got my next email finally asking which key was used and which was not, keep in mind the last time I got a response was December 27th. Nearly 4 months later and STILL unresolved. By far the WORST customer support I've ever experienced. As if I had people waiting for 4 months to play, everyone has moved on. Only apologies for the inconvenience, no compensations, nothing.

Do yourself a favor and don't bother supporting this company till they get their act together or refund everyone who has been a victim of their inefficiencies.

They answered 2 days ago and revokved the keys.

Wow this took 4 months to solve.
