CPU and Ram hog after patch?
Ok, so my problem is, that before 9.10d or e patch forgot which one. My cpu showed about 65% usage while playing and my ram was about 54% while playing.
When game not up and running cpu is about 25% and ram about 32%. But now after one of the recent patches, when i start game, my cpu goes to 99-100% and my ram goes to about 78-80% and when i enter an instance it maxesout too. I have had no problems with game play until then, any ideas? amd c-50 dual core 1ghz processor 4gb ram AMD Radeon HD 6250 with up to date drivers any help would be appreciated, miss playing. :( |

After update 0.9.10.7 the graphics are stressed, hours before the patch there was nothing new and was very fluid.

Hmmm, has anyone else had this happen to them? Would you mind posting your system specs? We'll look into it soon, and see what might have changed for you.

Since the recent patches I've got a lot of stuttering when an important fight is coming such as Merveil or other certain events. That wasn't happening before and nothing was modified in the game or system.
To be noted: It ALWAYS stutters when I start running towards Merveil from the entrance. Windows 7 E5300 Dual-Core 2.6Ghz (yep, not the best) :) 3GB RAM AMD Radeon HD6670 (using 12.4 drivers) I play at 1720x1080(custom resolution) Windowed Borderless with Aero disabled. " TY any help would be appreciated. Windows 7 home premium 64bit SP1 AMD C-50 dual core 1ghz(not great but has been working) 4gb ram AMD Radeon HD 6250 (up to date drivers) game settings: windowed 800x600 no shadows antialiasing off trilinear filtering and tried vsync off and on. Like i stated earlier, played fine before patch"D" or "E" and, doesnt seem to be an issue with any other games or programs, just when POE going cpu and ram used up,and never happened before. i uninstalled and re-downloaded and installed with no change. Now when i play in town not much lag, but in instances get big lag spike when monsters are coming and cant even think of using my light strike witch in chaos. my 22 ranger with psn arrow frametimeand latency is 30's-60 in town and up to 1100 frametime and 600 latency in oil fields and has never been like that. |

" K so i finally found the hog, it was window media player network sharing, i have never had that enabled, dont know if a windows auto update did it, or if was something from the patch, dont know. Anyways went and disabled in control panel and now all back to normal. Anyone else having problem go check it. |

just had a memory leak by the look of it game plus the svhost together jumped up well above 2.4gig of memory use.which shouldn't be a problem but the pc almost locked up until i killed the game.
system is a: core I5 8 gig of ram (yet the entire system almost froze up during the memory use spike) GPU : GT 540M 1gb |

" This happens to me too. The FPS chart jumps around from single digits to over 100 regularly. It's particularly bad when there is water in the scene - but not limited to that circumstance. It also happens regardless of what resolution I play - so even if I tone down resolution it doesn't help. I have a new Sony S Series laptop: - NVidia 640M LE (2 gig) card - 8 gig RAM - Samsung 830 SSD (256GB) - i7 3520 processor - Nvidia 301.42 drivers Petrov.
