Well, if you've gotten the item dropped from a level 67 monster, or chanced a ilevel 67 gold ring and got the unique, then it's ilevel 67. All gold rings from ilevel 8+ can be Advarius.
In the end, the mods determine the required level to wear the item. If it really required ilevel 67, then that would mean the mod would make the item require level 67 and not level 8 to be used.

Hello guys, wanna start chanceing too and now i got two questions. Its stupid maybe but anyway :) How do i do? Chance and then scouring it and repeat ? And maybe anyone knows and may tell me if it is possible to craft marohi from a 59 ilvl maul ? Thanks.

karui maul drops like candy in fellshrine
collect as many chance orb/mauls as you can and start chancing
things like glorious plate imperial bow are map only drops and go even as white items for 1 alch
collected 187 chance orbs so far with 3-4 new uniques each week there might be a kickass one suited for me

Thanks for answering :) Then i should ask: i got a 6l karui ilvl 59. I was thinking of chancing it to get maybe (if i have enough luck and patience) a 6l marohi. Does it have any sense? Or i will just throw too much currency for scouring orbs and it doesnt worth it?

save up the chance orb and chance the 6l you would spend hundreds of fuses to get the 6l maybe you would never get it
