Hi,
i am very new to the game and i just found this thread, so i went through the uniqueslist of PoE and found one or two which i liked... now i got some questions about chancing items into uniques: if i want a Carnage Heart unique amulett, do i need to chance an onyx amulett with exactly +20 to all attributes (like the unique grants) or will it upgrade to that amount if i get lucky and get the unique roll? And another thing i wondered about: does it have to be an amulett around itemlevel 20 to have a chance to become a Carnage Heart or is the itemlevel not important for the lvl requirements on an item? this probably was asked 1-10000 times but i really was too lazy to work through 44 pages tammron Last edited by tammron#7038 on Feb 16, 2013, 6:31:45 AM

" the itemlevel of the base item does indeed need to be high enough so that the min level requirement is met for the unique, or it will be impossible to get. also, the +20 all stat carnage heart is from a perfect roll on the base item, which is un-necessary to be able to roll the unique, so feel free to chance any onyx amulets above the minimum itemlevel requirement for carnage heart. anyways, now for an update on my vaal casque trying. 24 more chances used 18 magic, 6 rare, 0 unique im still trying...... |
